As the Chief representative of the Local Elected Officials (LEO) Board of Region 1, I want to assure you that we are striving to provide the highest and truest sense of leadership in coordinating an effective local workforce development system . The Board is dedicated to demonstrating flexibility and quality in its implementation and oversight in accordance to meeting the challenges of its local workforce, including a streamlined delivery system that assists, develops, and sustains productive workers for business and the communities in which they are located.
